I’m a mom, wife, and busy with my career and I have been there. There was a point in my life when I completely resented every area of my life. I got stuck in victim mode and had gotten so used to numbing myself from all the terrible things I witnessed as a nurse, that I became numb to everything in my life (even the good stuff) and only got sicker and more disconnected.
